good template :-)
but since dex has very minimal benefits, you might be better of using the dragon shield (10 more AF) and SC'ing some resists instead of all the dex. Personal opinion

as a Norse with 10 qui at startup you need 97 qui to cap, just for your informations, might be able to squeeze some more stats in.
