Bracer with melee combat speed decrease that got reuse time on 5 seconds
Swing speed will be capped with my celerity /use driving

Only QQ is the hits are a lil lower than usually but i can live with it for an start!

Nice temp, but I don't think the winged helm and SoK have the same proc. Afaik WH has 50% style dmg reduction and SoK has 50% to all melee dmg. Don't these stack?

they are the same proc aye, WH /use just lasts much longer
